Rebuy - Integration Guide for Yotpo Subscriptions

The integration between Rebuy and Yotpo Subscriptions allows Rebuy to seamlessly import your selling plan data from Shopify and leverage it in your Rebuy widgets and Smart Cart.

This powerful capability helps boost your AOV and customer lifetime value by prompting shoppers to switch from one-time purchases to recurring, subscription purchases at a variety of touchpoints.

In this article, you'll learn how to set up the integration between Yotpo Subscriptions and Rebuy so you can offer your customers subscription upsells from your Rebuy widgets.

Setting up the integration

To connect Yotpo Subscriptions and Rebuy:

1. Log in to your Rebuy account.
2. From the main menu, click Integrations.
3. Select the Subscriptions integration from the list of integrations.
4. In the Subscriptions page, turn on the Status toggle.
5. In the popup, click Yes to confirm you want to enable subscriptions.
6. Click the Connect Subscription button.
7. You’ll get a popup with a list of subscription providers. Select Yotpo Subscriptions as your subscription provider, and click Connect.

The Rebuy app will now be able to pull your Yotpo Subscriptions selling plan information from Shopify, enabling the use of the "switch-to-subscription" feature to recommend subscriptions for relevant products in the following Rebuy product areas and widgets:

• Switch to Subscription in Smart Cart
• Switch to Subscription on checkout pages (Checkout Page Widget only)
• Switch to Subscription Pop-ups
• Subscription select on Rebuy carousels
• Post-purchase offers

Syncing your Yotpo Subscriptions selling plan information with Rebuy

Your Yotpo Subscriptions selling plan information is automatically synced with Rebuy, so you do not need to manually sync your subscription data with Rebuy. 

However, if you make changes to your Yotpo Subscriptions selling plan, they may take a short while to update in Rebuy. In this case, you can easily resync your Yotpo Subscriptions data in Rebuy to force a data update.

To resync your Yotpo Subscriptions data in Rebuy:

1. Log in to your Rebuy account.
2. From the main menu, click Account.
3. Select the Status link from the list of links.
4. Scroll down to the Shopify selling plans section, and click resync.

The changes you’ve made to your Yotpo Subscriptions selling plans will be now be updated in Rebuy.
